Winter Storage Weekend

Winter Storage 2021 / 2022

For the Society to grow it must also change things that have been the same for close to 20 years.  There are some overdue and circumstancial updates coming this year:

1)  Building "B" - Will no longer we available for Winter Storage:

After the loss of our office we have decided to put an addition onto building B rather than rebuild.  This construction will begin during the winter storage season leaving it unavailable for use.  After the completion, the building will have heat and washrooms.  This will allow us to rent building "B" as a hall year round.  It will no longer be available for winter storage.

We are moving onto something better for ourselves and the community.

2)  Storage Costs:

Price is $20 per foot of length of stored item for the season.

3)  Blue Barn Doors:

Fill has been added in the doorways of the livestock barn in an effor to secure the building.

New door sizes are 14' Wide by 12' Tall for the center door and 9'8" Wide by 8' Tall for annex doors.

4)  No More Propane Tanks!

At the request of the fire department, we will no longer be allowing trailers with propane tanks to park.

5)  The When & How:

Doors will Open 9am Saturday October 2, 2021.

Pay First and Get A Tag to put on your vehicle (Tag: Put your Name and Phone Number on it!) then we will park you.

We will be on site with doors open:

Saturday October 2nd, 2021 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Sunday October 3rd, 2021 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM

Saturday October 9th, 2021 from 9:00AM - 5:00PM

It is unlikely but should there be any left over space, starting October 23 - I will start working down the waiting list to fill the remaining spots.
